Members of Good Shepherd Services’ executive team, program directors, board members, and external consultants (40 in all!) are led through a five-hour Core Team meeting to explore brand equity, review current materials, and brainstorm ideas.

ClearAgenda distills the results of the brand equity questions and exercises as well as Good Shepherd’s strategic plans, market research, communication pieces, etc. We develop Brand Essence statements, Brand Framework, Key Language and Visual Vocabulary, illustrative examples, rough prototypes, and guidelines in a comprehensive Brand Notebook.
We reconvene the Core Team for three hours as ClearAgenda presents the Brand Notebook and facilitates discussion, modification, and consensus on all major elements of the GSS brand. Issues for further work (i.e. logo modification) are clearly defined. The Brand Notebook’s comprehensive approach gives Good Shepherd Services a blueprint and toolkit from which all future communications will spring.
